People First Mobility was started by Husband and Wife team in 2003 to help people with mobility and disability needs throughout Lincolnshire.
They felt there was a gap in the market to offer an improved quality of service before and more importantly after Sales. There was a real lack of companies that were caring and interested in the products they were selling, trying to help the end user to lead a better life with the right products.
Since then, People first Mobility have gone from strength to strength, being quoted as having service ‘’second to none’’. More showrooms have opened and the Staff that are employed go through rigorous interview procedures to find the right candidate with the same company values as the owners and who believe in People First Mobility’s high level of Service and Aftersales care. They then undergo Training in Product knowledge and extra training in Customer Care.
The original owners still own the business, having turned down several offers by other companies to sell the People First brand, to ensure the reputation carries on with the owners still having a day to day input to make sure that the standards of Service are maintained to a high standard.
People First Mobility provide Scooters, Powerchairs. Wheelchairs, Rise and Recline Armchairs, Bathing Aids, Incontinence aids and many other different mobility and disability products. There is also first class servicing and maintenance for products supplied to the elderly, infirm and disabled throughout Lincolnshire.
There are fully stocked Showrooms in Skegness, Boston and Ingoldmells, (Address details can be found on “Our contact “ page), with a large range of New and Pre-owned Mobility Scooters and Powerchairs. All new products come with a full 12 months Parts And Labour warranty. If you prefer a Pre-owned Mobility Scooter or Powerchair warranty can also be offered. These all come at affordable discounted prices. Plus a large range of helpful aids and products.
Each showroom has dozens of top quality products on display for you to see and try, ready to take away. Most important of all is to remember our expert and proficient servicing and maintenance back up.
Our existing customers include thousands of individual private customers, R.A.O.B., The Royal British Legion, SSAFA, National Health Service and many private residential nursing care homes as well as those run by the local authority.
Having Branches at the seaside People First Mobility can also offer a Hire service for Mobility Scooters, Wheelchairs and Walkers at an affordable cost to help make your holiday more enjoyable. Many local Caravan sites and hoteliers are happy to recommend us.
People First Mobility will repair and service almost all types and makes of Mobility Equipment at our dedicated workshop or at the customers home if able to.
